Adobe sharepoint integration issue

The user is unable to open/access a PDF file.  The file is getting saved while in online mode. The error is happening with few documents only in the adobe acrobat reader. Here is a snapshot of what message the user gets.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What happens when you download the file locally to your computer and try to open it?

 

As the issue is occurring with some files, please check the network settings and permissions at your end and see if that works. Also try to get in touch with the IT admin and check.
