Adobe software non functional in MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.4

I have an annual subscription to Adobe Reader installed in my Mac computer. Mac upgraded their software which disabled Adobe from functioning. Apple said to advise Adobe to upgrade their software to 

work in the Mac. I do not know how to download the upgraded Adobe software.
