adobe stopped working

when i try to create PDF(S)...THE ERROR come up and say...PROGRAM HAS STOP WORKING..

I'VE DONE EVERYTHING

1. DELETED

2. REINSTALLED

3. MODIFIED

4. EVERTHING

My problem is that I get a script error when trying to convert from pdf to .doc. It no longer works.
