adobe submit button not working office 2021

Help!

 

Recently upgraded our organization to Office 2021 (With Outlook).  Everything works but now when we receive a PDF from a client, fill out the form and press the submit button, Nothing happens.  

 

Under "Preferences",  "Email Accounts", "Default Email application" is checked

 

How do we fix this?

Is there a way we can pay Adobe to assist?  We do not need to author PDF's, just view/print
