Adobe subscribed me without my knowledge

Question

I found an Adobe plan that is perfect for me as I need to convert one

pdf document once a week.....It is something like: Adobe PDF Converter and is advertised as being

$23/ year....perfect. But when I click on 'buy it' the page becomes the purchase page for Adobe Acrobat Pro or something similar. This is dishonest. Some people may not notice the switch they do and sign up

for a very expensive plan. I now realize why they are sued.

A while back, I discovered a couple of plans in my Account that I had NOT chosen. The chat agent

agreed to cancel all and NOT CHARGE me the 'cancellation' fee. Last week I called about this

Adobe pdf converter plan and I was told by separate agents: 1..that I had no subscriptions. 2. That I had

one subscription, an expensive one. SO: if that first agent cancelled ALL, how and why did that

subscription end up in my Account? ....because THEY put it there. I now understand why they are being

sued....they deserve it.
