Adobe Touch opens PDF with blank pages

I recently bought a new Windows 10 computer with Adobe touch installed as the default PDF reader. I received a standard mobile phone bill attached to an email as a PDF document. With Adobe Reader Touch, the first and third pages have no text, only horizontal lines. Pages 2 and 4 are fine. The PDF is fine if opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Any suggestions, or should I just use Acrobat for all PDFs?
