Adobe trava quando vou incluir minha assinatura

Question

Estou tentando incluir minha assinatura no Adobe, para que eu não precise imprimir, assinar e digitalizar toda vez que eu receber um documento, porém o adobe trava completamente quando tento fazer isso.

Após clicar nessa opção, seleciono a opção "assine você mesmo", para incluir minha assinatura. Mas aí trata tudo!

O que posso fazer para conseguir incluir a assinatura?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described the application is crashing when you try to add the your signature in the fill and sign tool.

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Windows Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once, and reinstall the application using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
