Adobe version (which one) + specific features

Hi all,

I would like to know:

• Is there a way to make "sign and fill" tools automatically open above (not on right side that I have to click it)? 
• Is there a way to save all files which I have changed? If not, is there a way to create a button with this kind of option?
• Is there an option to create a keyboard shortcut for a signature? (after pressing specific signature will be choose automatically)
