Adobe was unable to convert my document. How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry for the trouble you had, could you please let us know what's going on? Are you not able to convert a PDF file to other document formats?

and Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack service, if you wish to cancel the service, you may refer to the help article Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
