It wasn't tested. It isn't supported (not at all, for any kind of system). No enterprise should be planning a deployment of old software with known security issues. You would need a license for each user, but you cannot buy licenses for discontinued software.  Look into Acrobat Pro DC - however, I'm not sure even this latest version supports Sever 2022.
