I have looked everywhere and done everything on the boards. Not in startup. Not in services. Not in task scheduler yet it continues to popup. Addition: PDF load into Internet Explorer 11. If I grab the tab and move it over to another monitor, 3 seconds later I get the error.

When application (Reader or Acrobat) is launched, it runs AdobeARM.exe approximately 30 seconds later.

This cannot be disabled.

The only right way to disable updates for a product is to use bUpdater policy (registry value)

What I have done is disable the plug in from IE. User has not reported any issue. If user requires plug in, I will look in to the registry hack. Thanks!
