Advanced Search and Metadata

Question

The Advanced Search function claims 2 instances of sensitive data in Metadata. However, I couldn't see those words in Metadata, as accessed from File->Properties, and I even used Redact->Sanitize... and selected Metadata, it was removed successfully, I saved the file, and the Advanced Search function still insists that it's there. Just the fact that one could get confirmation that those words are associated with the file could be concerning.

What should I do to get rid of metadata that me and the Redact tool can't even see?

Update: When I rechecked the file about three hours later, the metadata search results mysteriously didn't show up... Still wondering if anyone tech-minded can explain it, though.
