Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to remove the Learn More option in the lower right corner of the screen.

It is the design behavior of the application and the option to delete it is not yet available. However, you may try to following workaround and seeif that suits your need.

1. Open the Acrobat Reader DC application

2. Click on the small arrow in on the Right hand pane to minimize it a shown in the screenshot below:

3. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Documents > Select 'Remember current state of tool pane' > Click OK
