after export a pdf file to word format. Docx become unreadable

Question

after export a pdf file to word format. Docx become unreadable either in word 2019 or other 3-rd party program like libreoffice. These same thing happen when i try to export to word 93-2007 file format. Hence my conclusion that export in acrobat pro to ms word simply doesnt work

Im on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.2486]

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Try exporting PDF to Word on the Acrobat Online (https://acrobat.adobe.com/) account and see if you get the same results.

Please confirm if this happens with every file you try to export.

Did you start experiencing this behavior recently? Or is it an old issue?

Would you mind sharing the sample PDF with us? Also, share the converted Word file.
