After hitting send as email, message in body of Outlook disappears upon sending

When sending an attachment from within Acrobat Reader, the document attaches with no problem.  The message I write with the Outlook email disappears one I have hit send.

    We apologize for the delay in response to your query. We are aware of this issue which was reported earlier.

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    Hi Patricks,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Could you please confirm the exact version of your Adobe Reader and Outlook you are working on? 

    If the latest update hasn't fixed the problem then would you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the application once and see if that helps.
