AGM.dll

Question

Adobe reader have stopped working says protected mode. I have no idea what hppend after several time reintaaled in my windows 7  now says AGM.dll file is missing I installed this file but still does not open adobe reader. please help me. thank you

Apologies for the delay in response and the trouble caused. As described above, the application stopped working and you are getting the error "AGM.dll file is missing", correct?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Remove the application using the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool - https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Restart the computer
Install the application using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/
