Tengo una suscripción al aisitente IA de Acrobat y desde ayer no puedo acceder, me da error. Qué puedo hacer?

Sorry for the troubled experience. 
There was a service disruption yesterday due to an AWS-Amazon Web Services outage that impacted our services as well. 

Could you try signing out and signing back in to see if that resolves this issue? Also, let us know if this was working fine before yesterday.
