All of a sudden, I can't save!

Thank you. Why, all of a sudden, can I no longer save pdfs??

    Hello Jaywaz,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had, please reboot the machine once and see if you are able to save the PDF files.

    Are you getting any error message while saving a PDF file?

    Is it possible to post a screenshot of the error you get? To post a screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.

    Are you not able to save any PDF files or is it specific to one PDF file?

    Are you on a Windows machine or Mac and what is the version?

    What is the current version of Adobe Reader you have? To identify, take help from the article Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    You may refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe article Saving PDFs in Adobe Acrobat and Reader

    Thank you so much.

    I removed, then re-installed Reader DC and for now, I can save pdfs just fine.
