My reader did not work anymore.
I tried to download the reader once more, but i get the remark that I already have a newer version on my computer.
I removed reader from my computer, nut if I try to download reader again I get the same remark.
How can I get a new reader?
I am using a medion laptop with Windows 10
You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.
