ALWAYS CRASHING

Adobe has literally gotten on my last nerve. This software has to be the biggest piece of crap I have ever used in my life. Every single time I open a PDF it either crashes completely or takes a good minute of not responding before I can move forward.  If I want to combine PDF LMFAO forget about it ...it crashes immediately. This problem has been an issue with this software for yearssssss. So the question I have is for Adobe when are you going to finally make your software functional? Shall we just cancel our entire business account and find other PDF software company that can service us?

@Jennifer25220515nef1 I have no problems with Acrobat. Although I am using the Pro version, and you are using the free version of Acrobat. Question, is where did you get this version? Hopefully, from Adobe.com and not a third party website. 

In any case, I would try one more time, but use the Adobe Cleaner tool from Adobe's website, https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html which is designed to remove corrupted installation files, and it can also help with the crashing issues. Once you uninstall it, go back to to you web browser, and clear the history, cache and cookies. Restart your computer, and go back to adobe.com and re-install Acrobat Reader—honestly, the crashing of the files should go away. If it's still crashing, maybe it's a corrupted PDF, it happenss
