Hello,

I am having problem opening some pdf files with the error "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly....."

The file can be opened on my colleagues system.

I am currently using the current Adobe Acrobat Reader DC reader from adobe.com

Can you suggest what i can do?

I just bought Adobe DC Pro subscription and when I just opened a pdf that was perfectly all filled in with another pdf program today when I used Adobe to edit it there were entire paragraphs which were blank. Yet when I clicked on a space within the paragraph, I saw the text. However that text quickly disappeared when i clicked on the next space. I thought this was a better program. Also, when i went to open another similar pdf, I got the "An eror exists.....110" at the opening. What gives? I am not allowed to change any fonts or text in this particular premade form so I can I get the text back taht I can still see with my other pdf program? I am just about to cancel my year subscription!

Hi tinoSOFT2,

As mentioned above, that you are experiencing trouble  with some of the files. Could you please confirm what is the content of those files? Does it contain real text or is it a scanned document contains image only?

You may refer to the similar discussion and the suggestion given here- Error Message: "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact ..." … this might help.

Hello Akanchha,

The pdf contains both text and images. No, its not a scanned document.

It is actually a customer invoice generated by a billing system.

Hi Anthony,

In that case, you need to perform some troubleshooting on your application.

Open Acrobat Reader>Help>Check for update or Help> Repair Installation, if that doesn't work then-

Uninstall the application using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall it

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
