Hi,

Myself an another user keeps getting an error of "An error occurred while performing this operation. Contact an administrator if this problem continues." while trying to open DRM protected PDFs from Ansarada dataroom.

I've ran Adobe's uninstall & clean-up tool and then re-installed but this made no difference.

Has anyone ever had issues with this?

Hi Supriya,

We just managed to fix this, turns out that our Web Filtering service blocked Adobe Reader contacting Ansarada to verify DRM.

Hi Ryanh74613347,

This could be happening because certificate encrypted files can only be opened if the original Digital ID, not the public certificate is installed.

It has to be done individually on the application through the Security settings option.

Also, please check for the same with the source of the PDF designer.
