An error occurred while signing in

Hi everytime I try to convert pdf to word or vice versa I get the following error- an error occurred while signing in.

I have paid for the subscription, read many forums just can't seem to find the answer.

this is business critical and any help will be greatly appreciated.

it works fine online, but I want it work from Adobe reader! it was working fine about 2 weeks ago
