Hello Michell,
Would you mind sharing more details? Are you referring to download an old version of the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application?
Or you had a subscription/license of Acrobat which was installed in your old computer?
I have checked the details with your current Adobe ID which you have used to login on Adobe forums, and there is no license/subscription registered with your Adobe ID.
If you wish to download and install the freeware Adobe Reader, you may use the URL to install the latest verison of Adobe Reader(recommendation) Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
If you wish to download the older version, you may use the URL ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/
For the subscription issue, please sign out from the application, reboot the machine and check whether the freeware Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed from help>about Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
If Adobe Reader is installed, just sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
If you have Acrobat installed, then for activation, you need a serial number for the older version of Acrobat and for the latest version, you need the Adobe ID(email) for activation.
We're here to help, just need more info.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
