Why Voice over is not working in Animated 3D PDF? Anyone have solution on this pls let me know

Hope you are doing well.

Is this happening with only an Animated 3D pdf? Which version of Acrobat are you working with?

Try a couple of changes suggested below, and see if that helps..

1- Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader.

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

2- Navigate to Edit>Preferences> Multimedia & 3D> select the below option> OK

3- Navigate to Edit>Preferences>Reading and check reading option
