Annotation Tools is disabled and cannot show comments

Hi guys,

Please give me a solution to fix the error below.
I get the following error for some (not all) pdf files:

Above is the PDF in adobe acrobat reader, the top section text is all comments. Below is viewing it on the website. The comments are hidden and I cannot enable them as buttons are greyed out.

 

I see that the javascript returns below errors.

A web browser is not a PDF reader since it doesn't support all PDF features.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean. I tried viewing another PDF, it works on both Web and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This is from the web using javascript view sdk.

I only get the following error for some (not all) pdf files, so how do I know what is causing the error for that PDF file?
