Do Adobe always charge people for their product and then not supply? And then make it so hard to contact them to find out what is happening with your order, which according to my account doesn't exists

    No, not normally. You’ve posted in the Acrobat Reader forum though, and that’s Free. You can’t contact Adobe about Reader do choosing Readervwintvlead you to support. What did you pay for exactly? And what is the supply issue?
