Annoying permissions error after opening Reader

Just upgraded from a Win7 to a Win10 system, and re-installed Reader.

However, a "cannot access"/"may not have appropriate permissions" error always appears at least twice referring to AdobeARM.exe once a file is opened.

It doesn't prevent reading of the file, it only interrupts the process.

As far as I can tell AdobeARM.exe has the proper permissions (I'm the only current user of this system), but still this occurs.

Opening a file in something other than Reader (e.g. Microsoft Edge) does not result in these errors, but I want to use Reader to open applicable files outside a browser.
