Annyoing start-up right panel

Hi,

I use the Acrobat reader as my default pdf reader. But everytime it is starting a right side panel comes up which makes it harder to read the document. And everytime I have to close that to read in normal scale. It is not a big problem, it just seems unnecessarily that this panel comes up everytime.
