    Hi Albertoc,

As per the issue description mentioned, you are receiving above mentioned error when trying to launch Reader or when trying to print in Reader, is that correct?

Could you please let us know if you have tried removing Reader using Cleaner tool? If not, download Cleaner tool from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine.

Install Reader DC from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Please share the dot version of Reader you are using: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system installed on the machine?

Let us know how it goes.

-Already tried that and didnt work, but will try with the one you suggested and will let you know the result

    - version is 2017.012.20093 (I've updated the software before doing anything else)

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try installing the update for Reader and see if that resolves the issue. Launch Reader > click  Help > Check for Updates.

You may also download updates manually from this link: Adobe - Adobe Reader: For Windows

If that doesn't work, try installing Visual C++ using the following link and see if that resolves the issue:

Acrobat error Entry Point Not Found when using with MS Office 2016

Keep us posted with the results.
