App freezing on Windows 11 (Not solved)

Dears Support Team,

Greetings,

 

I had an issue after I open a pdf file then "edit" mode > "add text" > add some text > try to change input language the app freezing and it won't open unless I do force close. So, please advise

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025.
