When I

send PDF files from my Windows PC, Apple users cannot open them. What do I need to change?

    Please confirm the software that you are working on, on your Mac computer?

    How you have been sending the file from Mac to Windows?

    Is there any specific error message that they have been getting when they open the same file on Mac?
