Arabic Language Issue

Hello Majoooda,

Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader support the Arabic language within many features but not all. However, the support for Arabic is still not available and it is still under review and once available publicly, we will share an update.

You can refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe discussion and check if this brings any difference Arabic PDF characters are disjointed and reversed!
