I am assuming you have done the deployment. You may also consider customizing the Acrobat installation and disabling online services: https://adobe.ly/4omcguf;

If you disable online services, the following are a few features among the features that can be accessed:

- Request signature.

- Work on Shared PDFs - collaboration. 

- Fill and Sign.

- AI Assistant. etc.

You might want to add bUpdater registry value and set it to 0 in the registry path below

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices

Updates for Services are also downloaded from ardownload3.adobe.com\..
