    Hi Carlosn,

When you say that Adobe has stopped being able to sign, does this mean that Adobe Reader is not letting you to sign any document?

To understand the root cause of the problem, you may share the detailed information with us. In mean while you may check the following troubleshooting steps-

    1. It could be a document specific issue, where the document's security doesn't allow to sign. Open PDF is Reader>right click "Document Properties"> Security>Signing. Check with a different document and see if that is working.
    2. If the application is crashing while signing pdfs, then you may check whether latest update is installed or not? Open Reader>Help>Check for Update or DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
    3. Still no luck, you may uninstall application using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Let us know the detailed description.

    Regards,

    Akanchha
