Assinatura Digital

Estou tendo problemas para assinar digitalmente por meio de certificado A3. Quando clico em "assinar" não acontece nada e a assinatura nao preenche no pdf em questão.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to digitally sign ? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and try again.

 

Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 of Acrobat/Reader DC installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

You may also try to sign the PDF online using the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

As soon as I updated it it worked. But when I removed the token and inserted it again it didn't work anymore,
 the same thing happened as before.

We are sorry to hear that. As you are using the token device to sign the PDF file, please check for any missing/pending updates for the device driver and firmware and see if that helps.
