Boa tarde!

Estou com um problema que, quando tento assinar um documento digitalmente clicando no botão assinar, não acontece nada nem aparece uma mensagem de erro.

Queria saber se alguém teve um problema parecido, caso teve preciso de ajuda.

Would you mind sharing the error message you received on your end? Also, what is the exact version of Acrobat you are working with?

Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation [Windows Only]

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:
