Attach Signature

I'm trying to determine whether or not I want to buy Adobe sign or go with another company. I just want to attach a signature box to a PDF and send a personal message to my recipient. When I did the free trial it sent the message from Adobe and looked real unprofessional. Is there a way where I can just add the signature box to the PDF and attach it to the email from my email account or is that not a thing? Thanks in advance!

Hi Jalynw69972271,

As per you query, when using Adobe sign you can add a personal message and subject but the general format of the email sent out using Adobe sign cannot be changed.

On the other hand if you use Adobe Acrobat DC, you can generate electronically fillable pdf forms where you can add a field for digital signature and send it like an attachment via email, it will have no interference of Adobe sign in it.
