Attention Adobe Moderators - Still looking for a resolution - How to Remove/Disable Tools Option under Adobe Acrobat Reader DC – Can you help?

Our company has an Adobe VIP agreement and we want all of the Adobe products ordered for our company to be under our VIP agreement. We are trying to roll out Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on all of our computers, however, as the install is right now, through the Tools option, the users have the ability to go to the Adobe website and order products with a credit card. We want to turn this off. Tools can be accessed from Right Hand Plane(RHP), from view Tab and Main Tab of tools. How do we turn off/disable Tools in all three locations?

Prior responses have not been able to resolve the issue, need your expertise!!

Note also that it is not the moderators' assigned task or job to provide resolution. (I am not a moderator) Their task is to make the forums run smoothly and that rules and procedures are followed. These are community forums, not a route to tech support.

Posting in the most focussed forum is surely a starting point though.

One tip: have you considered the Classic thread in place of the Continuous thread?
