authentification error // ADOBE READER

Question

Hey There!Some days ago i had to update my kivuto account which contains my CC Suite.Since then my adobe reader has some authentification issues. I re-installed it, updated everything i could but it's still not running.At first i had the error code 109 which wasn't even listed in the error codes that were available in the dropdown menu. now when i start the app it shuts down immediately.i attached some screenshots in german.I hope someone can help me and figure out what's the issue here.Regardsjakub

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As the application is crashing on launch, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and check if that works.
