Authorise a new computer

Hello . I just bought a new laptop and want to authorise it, but it is not possible wit h  CMD + Shift+ U and also by the Helpt buttons these are deactivate. What can I do? Thank you!

    Hi Goa72676041,

    Please help us with the more information, what type of authorization you are referring here?

    Are you referring to Acrobat license or Adobe Reader?

    I assume you have downloaded the application to a new computer and trying to activate it?

    If that is the case then you just need to sign in with your Adobe ID and application will be activated.

    Please help us with the screenshot to understand the issue in better manner.
