Authorising a book download.

I have been trying to download a library book to a Kobo, using OneDigital. I can log onto Adobe ID, but when I get to the point to Authorize the link to the Kobo, the AuthoriZoe log on screen will not accept my log on details; i.e the e-mail and password I used to log on in the first place? Any ideas would be welcome.
