auto close

Question

Hi when I go to fill and sign a document I am trying to edit, it automatically closes on me and I have to start over, which also automatically closes leaving me unable to fill and sign any form. Any fixes to this issue?

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had so far.

If we understand correctly, while using Fill & Sign feature of Adobe Reader DC application closes suddenly? You may check the troubleshooting steps suggested below, and let us know if that makes a difference in performance-

Reboot computer.
Check if you have the latest version installed. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
If this doesn't work, then repair the installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
Refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested here: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows
If none of the solution provided works, then uninstall the application using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall it Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
