Auto Insert Photo based on file path

I'm relatively experienced in Excel, but know little about .pdf coding, etc.

I have a form that is filled out multiple times a day by multiple individuals. There is a page that also includes 4 different photos. I'd like to find an easy way to have the pdf linked to a folder with an address, that has photos inside of it named something like "photo 1", "photo 2", "photo 3". I'd like to be able to automatically have these photos inserted into boxes in specific locations in the file at a specific resolution via a file path.

Basically, there is a link referencing "photo 1" via file path, and once a photo is dropped in this folder it automatically shows up in the pdf.

Is this, or anything similar possible? I know it can be done in excel, so hopefully it's possible here as well.
