Bonjour,
Depuis que j'ai fait la mise à jour de W11 en version 24H2 Acrobat Reader est très lent à démarrer.

Il faut environ 30s pour ouvrir un fichier .pdf via l'explorateur de fichiers.

Problème connu?

Hi Rémi_Bou34!

I hope you're doing well. Thanks for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the Acrobat Reader app. Could you please let us know the version of the app you have installed? You can find this by going to the Help menu and selecting About Acrobat Reader, then sharing the version number with us.

Is the issue occurring with all PDFs, or just a specific type? For testing, try opening the PDF from the file menu of the app by selecting Open and see if it still takes time to load.

Please follow these steps:
1. Go to Security (Enhanced) from File > Preferences.
2. Turn off "Protected View" and uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at Startup."
3. Click OK, restart the app, and check if the issue persists.

**Note:** Remember to enable both security settings after testing.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app, which is 24.003.20180 (planned update on Oct 03, 2024). Check for any pending updates from the Help menu by selecting Check for Updates, then install them and restart both the app and your machine.

Refer to this article for more suggestions and let us know how it goes: https://adobe.ly/47Ym6KR

Thanks,
Anand Sri.
