Barcode Image Stopped Printing

We're a retail store and were using Adobe to print shelf tags. The barcode's had been printing no problem, then all of a sudden stopped. The paper prints with the numbers for the barcode, but no image of the scannable part. I tried to check the box print as image and that did not work.
