Based in the UK. How can I speak to someone for a refund on my account?

Hi there,

 

I understand this is the support community not Adobe directly but it has been very difficult for me to find anyone to speak to, so please forgive me coming on here!

 

I signed up to edit a pdf using the free trial. I wasn't aware the free trial would then automatically charge my account, but I found out my costly error only after 2 months. I'm currently down to my last two cents (no exeggeration so it is quite a lot of money for me to lose). Is there a possibility Adobe could refund that money? Literally not even used the program enough to justify keeping it in my current financial situation.

 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time in advance.
