batch convert PDFs to lower versions?

hi,

we currently have a folder of PDFs in 1.6 format.  we need to automatically batch convert all files in this folder to a lower version, in this case 1.5.

is there a tool out there that can batch convert these?  we need something automated.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
