BER decoding error when validating signature

I am trying to verify the digital signature in this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/5msr6h8y8ct8xr9/archivoFirmado.pdf?dl=0 and I am getting a "BER decoding" error. It also happens when I open the certificate properties in the digital ID's into the properties option.

Is there any way I can found the exact cause of the problem? I was trying to validate the signature in other applications and it validates ok.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2018.011.20036
