Best version for dynamic stamps

Hi guys,

I need software which allows me to stamp PDF documents received with a custom stamp.   The stamp needs to include text, the date, and a signature. (Image)

I think I can do it with DC, but this seems expensive for this task, would an earlier perpetual version do the job as well?

I will be using the software on a Windows 10 pro laptop.

In this case by best I am looking at ability to complete the task easily, and cost effectively.

One further question....if I did use DC do I have to upload my documents or can I keep them on my pc?

Many thanks

Simon

Yes, pretty much all versions of Acrobat can do it, but Adobe doesn't sell earlier perpetual versions, only the current one, and getting a perpetual license is not going to be cheaper in the long run as you'll constantly need to update it as your operating system is updated. I would strongly recommend going with a subscription model.

And even though the application is called "DC" the files can be stored on your local computer, of course. Also, the application itself is installed locally. It's not cloud-based software.

Ok then perhaps I'll try the free trial....is it easy enough to add an imaged signature to the stamp?

    Thanks Simon

Not too difficult... It's just like any other image.
